Product scope

Poker Ev Brain is operated by 成都十也传媒科技有限公司 and records, analyzes, and reviews completed Texas Hold'em sessions. It does not offer online games, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, prizes, fund settlement, game matching, gambling links, or gambling promotion. It does not provide real-time decision assistance for an ongoing real-money game.

Data we process and why

We may process account and identity data; poker sessions and training records entered by the user; social content the user chooses to publish; images or files the user selects; voice content the user chooses to transcribe; AI reviews the user requests; and minimal operational records needed for service delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We use this data only to provide account, recording, sync, review, speech-to-text, content-governance, security, support, and troubleshooting functions.

Speech recognition and AI reviews

The voice feature in the EV Brain composer only turns user-initiated audio into a text draft. The draft is not sent automatically and does not trigger backend semantic extraction. Live audio frames are encrypted in transit to a third-party speech-recognition service and are not first stored as a project cloud-storage audio object. The provider states that incoming audio is used for the current recognition request and is not stored; any necessary processing for compliance, error diagnosis, or troubleshooting is limited by applicable service terms and user authorization. When a user requests an AI review, the hand context, question, and pseudonymous identifier needed to complete the request are sent through our backend to a third-party generative AI service; the raw WeChat OpenID is not used as the AI user identifier. The applicable contract contains customer-instruction processing and model-service optimization provisions. Their exact scope for this project's API requests still requires contract and legal review, so we do not claim that content is always used for training or never used for training. This processing primarily takes place in mainland China, so content submitted from elsewhere may be transferred to mainland China.

Permissions, sharing, and visibility

Camera, photo-library, and microphone access is requested only after the user starts the relevant feature. WeChat, cloud infrastructure, our backend, and processors providing speech recognition or generative AI process data only as needed for the requested feature, security, or support. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Raw results, complete sessions, unpublished hands, and player notes are private by default. Social content becomes visible only when the user publishes it. Users can report content and block publishers, and administrators can process reports.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

Business data is kept while the account exists and as needed to provide the service. Users can view, correct, or delete editable profile and poker records, and “Me → Delete account and data” starts deletion of the account and associated data. Production cloud-function logs that process user data are retained for seven days. Database backups may roll off over a maximum 14-day recovery window. The project does not retain live speech-recognition audio objects. Data entrusted to processors is retained only as necessary for its purpose, subject to their terms, legal obligations, and security requirements. Minimum records required for law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling may be isolated for the necessary period.
