如无法使用应用内入口，请使用账号可验证的联系方式向 privacy@poker-agent.net 发送账号删除请求，并说明“申请删除Poker Ev Brain账号”。我们可能要求提供足以核验账号控制权的有限信息，但不会要求用户提交密码、验证码或访问令牌。我们将在 3 个工作日内回复，并在身份核验完成后 30 个自然日内完成处理或说明依法不能删除的部分。
删除范围包括账号关联的社交内容、私有云端业务记录、应用管理的头像引用及可识别的账号资料。设备上的本地记录和缓存可通过应用内删除流程清理。处理用户数据的生产日志在 7 天后清除，数据库备份中的残留副本可能在最长 14 天的回档窗口内逐步清除。确因法律、安全、防欺诈或争议处理必须保留的最小记录，将与业务数据隔离并仅在必要期限内保存。

Open “Me → Delete account and data” and follow the confirmation steps to request deletion of the account and associated data.
If you cannot use the in-app option, email privacy@poker-agent.net from a contact method that can be verified for the account and state that you want to delete your Poker Ev Brain account. We may request limited information needed to verify account control, but we will never ask for a password, verification code, or access token. We will acknowledge the request within three business days and complete it within 30 calendar days after identity verification, or explain any portion that must legally be retained.
Deletion covers account-linked social content, private cloud business records, app-managed avatar references, and identifiable account profile data. Local records and caches on the device can be cleared through the in-app deletion flow. Production logs that process user data are removed after seven days, and residual copies in database backups may roll off over a maximum 14-day recovery window. Minimum records required for law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling are isolated from business data and retained only for the necessary period.
